South Weber, Utah

the foundry

The Foundry is an indoor wedding venue in South Weber, Utah that opened in 2020. The Foundry features a modern, industrial flair, with an large open ceilings and floor space for weddings and receptions. The meaning of Foundry is “a factory that casts metals”, which fits so well based on the details that went into its creation. Look up to the ceiling and you'll notice the Edison bulb chandeliers, which really bring that "wow" factor!

Owners Ashlee and Arlene have always loved the wedding and event atmosphere, and opening up their own venue was the perfect fit for them. They focus on treating their couples like family from the first moment you inquire, throughout the planning process. One of the most unique concepts are the open houses that they hold for couples after they've booked to come by and start planning out all the little details and layout for their day. The team at the Foundry also has a "something borrowed" closet that is filled with the cutest modern decorations for you to use if you'd like to help decorate for your day.

Wedding planning services are another extra bonus that The Foundry offers to couples. Planning packages vary, but having the convenience of a wedding planner to help with designing invitations, helping with your color palette, wedding day setup and cleanup, or finding the perfect vendors for you is a huge bonus! Open Floor Space

The large open floor space has so many possibilities for what you can create for your wedding day. Couples have two different ceremony site spaces to choose from. You can choose to hold your ceremony on the large main floor with the backdrop of a brick wall, or you can hold it on the upstairs balcony while having the main floor setup for events that follow.

The Bridal and Groom Suite

The bridal and groom suites are modern, and so well put together. The bridal suite features a private bathroom, full length mirror with the coolest LED makeup mirror lights, refrigerator, and plenty of seating. The groom's room (or "man cave") has plenty of comfortable seating, a place to place games, and a small refrigerator. One of the most unique aspects at the Foundry is that they offer snack or meal service to the getting ready rooms for just $10 per person.

View from the Balcony and Second Ceremony Space

Looking down on main floor, the view from up above on the balcony at The Foundry is pretty phenomenal. This balcony area serves as one option for a ceremony space and also a location for guests to mingle during cocktail hour or during your reception. Having that extra room is so important on a wedding day!
