This family session was filled with laughter, fun, and a melt your heart turtle song! We met Karlie years ago when we were looking to buy our first home, and have loved getting to know her ever since. When you look through their blog post, you just might find a few gems where you can see three-year-old Bode singing his turtle song!
I had a little turtle
His name is Tiny Tim
I put him in the bathtub
To see if he could swim.
He drank up all the water
He ate up all the soap
And now he’s home sick in bed
with bubbles in his throat!
That song was how we ended our family session with Karlie, CJ, and Bode! Three year old Bode serenaded and entertained us until we were almost rolling on the ground from all of the laughter and extreme cuteness! If you look through these pictures, you just might find a few with Bode doing his hand actions while singing his turtle song!
Karlie, CJ, and Bode were a joy to take pictures with. The fall leaves were at peak for these fall family pictures in the mountains! We met Karlie years ago when we found her via Jessie’s Uncle Moe and Aunt Taya when we were looking to buy our first home. As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start looking for a realtor and were so excited when we found Karlie! She exceeded our expectations and was THE best realtor we could have ever asked for. From the time that we were her clients up to now, we witnessed her kindness and heart of service. Whether it was making sure we got the offer in on our house extremely fast, or helping us to get access to a location for a photoshoot, she’s always had our backs!
Apart from the turtle song, which we will NEVER forget, we loved Bode’s spirit and zest for life. This little man is a champ at riding his dirt bike, and really loves Ferdinand and ice cream. Especially strawberry, chocolate, blueberry, broccoli, and people flavors… we aren’t too sure if he was serious about those last two… He really is such a character! He even had Liam laughing the whole time while he was being carried around on Dallin’s back!
Thanks Karlie, CJ, and Bode for letting us come and hang out with you guys and get some awesome fall family pictures in the mountains! You can bet that we will not ever forget that turtle song, and we’ll be sure to teach it to Liam in a year!
