A giant wall of sand stood in front of Dallin. At the top, stood Brinley and Bridger, dressed to the nines, with a picture perfect blazing orange sunset behind them. Dallin had a bunch of gear (flashes, stands, etc.) that needed to be up where they were, at the top of a 15 foot sand dune. Although the term “walking through mud” is one used often… after this experience, “walking up a sand dune” may be a close second in difficulty, especially when carrying equipment! However, with that kind of a view, Dallin was determined to reach the top in time to make the shot during this Little Sahara Sand Dunes Milky Way couples session.
Brinley and Bridger have been dating for just over three years. The two of them were so excited when we suggested that we should do some photos with the Milky Way. It would be a perfect way to celebrate their time together.
As the sun set, and we waited for the stars to appear, we all looked up at the sky to see a giant fireball move across the sky and break into two or three pieces. It was the most amazing shooting star any of us had seen. We took this as a good omen of things to come, and undoubtedly it was. We don’t think the sky could have been any more perfect to wind up the end of the Milky Way viewing season.
Brinley and Bridger! Thanks for hanging out with us and spending this late night to go get some epic portraits of you two! We are so excited for you to see all of these photos from your Little Sahara Sand Dunes Milky Way couples session. You two were troopers with staying up so late, and we think every minute we stayed up was worth it! Love you guys!

A gigantic shout-out to these vendors!
