Fall Family Photo Session at Snowbasin | Utah Family

Years ago, back in high school on almost any given day, Dallin and his sister Amelia could be heard belting out this Club Nouveau version of “Lean on Me” in the car.  To this day, when this song comes on, it is known as Dallin and Amelia’s “song.” It really has been a constant theme between the two of them. Whether that meant getting advice about girls in high school, or calling “Nurse Amelia” in a panic when Liam has swollen like a balloon after eating something, Dallin has always known that he could rely on Amelia in his time of need.

Over the years, Amelia and her family have trusted us with their family pictures.  Even back when we didn’t have fancy equipment or much experience, they entrusted us with capturing their moments.  We’ve come a long way since then, and we had a total blast during this fall family photo session at Snowbasin! We always appreciate those that trust us as their photographers over and over.

Since our last session, Amelia and Scott have added a couple more kids to their family. Their littlest kid, Harvey, has had his share of challenges in his life. But anytime you meet this family, you can tell how much every single person loves this little kid.  He was constantly smiling during this fall family photo session at Snowbasin, and had a cute grin anytime Dallin squeaked a baby toy at him. One of the highlights of this session was when we had Scott raise Harvey up in the air while Amelia and the kids surrounded him, reminiscent of Simba being presented to his subjects in Jessie and Dallin’s favorite Disney movie, The Lion King.  It was the perfect representation of their family.  Although Harvey is small, he will have a huge impact on his family as he grows up, and you can tell that they feel lucky to have him in their lives.

Amelia and Scott (and kids!) we love you guys!  Thank you so much for trusting us so many times to do your family pictures.  We hope that you will cherish these images for years.  And remember…
