Indian Wedding Session at the Bonneville Salt Flats

One of our favorite things of all time is when a couple who lives out of state or from another country books us for a session! It is so much fun to connect with couples from all over the world! Chaitra and Sachin did just that. Coming from Los Angeles, they knew that they wanted to do an Indian Wedding Session at the Bonneville Salt Flats. 

They started their session by getting their hair and makeup done by the incredible Reese Stockman of Beauty by Reese. Reese is one of our favorite hair and makeup artists; she always takes great care of our couples! 

The Bonneville Salt Flats look incredible any time of the year, but summer is our favorite time to photograph there. Summer nights are the perfect temperature, and there is usually a very good chance that you’ll see a sunset, and if you line it up correctly, you can even stay into the night to photograph under the stars! The sky didn’t disappoint Chaitra and Sachin! The colors of the sky were the perfect addition, and even matched the color of Chaitra’s lehenga and Sachin’s suit perfectly! The mermaid and ocean theming on Chaitra’s lehenga were gorgeous and out of this world as well!

Not only was Chaitra and Sachin’s Indian Wedding Session at the Bonneville Salt Flats flat-out beautiful but it was also filled with so many laughs! Sachin was so good at getting the best smiles out of Chaitra, which led to emotional moments and memories. Just looking back at the photos makes the two of us smile!
