Purple and Blue Orchid Oak Hills Wedding

When we first met Jamie and Jared to talk about their wedding day, they told us that they were going to have a dance party, and how important it was to them. Of course, we’ve had many dance parties at weddings we’ve been to. We’re pretty sure that we can count on one, MAYYBBEE two fingers the times where groomsmen actually took off their pants! Of course it was with good reason… to preserve their rented suit pants during dancing so that they could get their dance on! Even as time goes on, Jamie and Jared’s Purple and Blue Orchid Oak Hills Wedding will be one we’ll always remember!

Family and friends were a big part of Jamie and Jared’s wedding. Their “actual” wedding was a very small courthouse ceremony during 2020, and this “wedding day” was to celebrate their marriage with all of their family and friends that they hadn’t seen in a long time. We could not get over how kind everyone was. Jamie and Jared, you too are incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such caring and compassionate people.

Before the ceremony, Jared and his groomsmen spent the morning getting themselves ready. Since this doesn’t usually take too long for groomsmen to do, there is usually some down time to hang out and talk or chat. Throughout the morning, the groomsmen kept chanting “Green beans, potatoes, tomatoes…” at random times. Come to find out, this was from a Youtube video converted via autotuning into a song from a lady inviting an entire congregation over after a church service. Eventually, it was decided that they were going to use this song to choreograph a flash mob type dance during their dance party that night, and boy was it epic!

Jamie and Jared! Man we love you guys! We are so happy for you and loved every minute of your Purple and Blue Orchid Oak Hills Wedding! We are so blessed to have you as friends, and look forward to continuing that friendship throughout our lives! Thank you both for everything!
