Trapper’s Loop Mountain Engagement

If we were to say what the hardest thing for couples to do during shoots is, it would be to be themselves. You may feel a little awkward or nervous to be with your significant other in front of a camera, and it is totally normal to feel that way. That is the number one reason why we so strongly encourage getting an engagement session before your wedding, because by the second half of an engagement shoot, our couples are relaxed and totally themselves. This means that when we do photos on the wedding day which is a higher paced schedule, we can go a lot faster and make sure we get the genuine, joyful photos that our couples want! Right from the get go, however, Torri and Spencer were so comfortable with each other in front of the camera during their Trapper’s Loop mountain engagement session! This told us so much about the two of them. Instead of worrying about us with our cameras for the first part of the session, Torri and Spencer were naturally focused on each other. They were experts at giggling and laughing during photos from the very beginning.

More than anything this taught us that these two know how to focus on each other and their love for each other. This is a quality that will definitely carry on with them into marriage. When life gets a little rough, we know that Spencer and Torri will be able to focus on their love for each other and carry each other through. 

Torri and Spencer, you make our job so easy! Your contagious smiles show so well the love that is so evident between you two! We are so excited for your wedding day, as well as your formal session coming up soon! When we drove home from your Trapper’s Loop mountain engagement our cheeks were so sore from smiling constantly while while hanging out with you two!
