Summer Utah Mountain Engagement

Anyone who has earned a degree knows how difficult it can be at times. Add that with a long-distance relationship and working night shift hours, and it can be extremely difficult, especially when all you want to do is have the one person that you love the most be by your side, encouraging you every step of the way. Daisy and Eddy know that feeling all too well we’re sure. Knowing this, we saw a great opportunity for a photo as we walked with both Eddy and Daisy for their summer Utah mountain engagement session. 

Not long ago, there was a forest fire near the trail we were going to shoot. Left over from the fire were black charcoaled trees that had been burned. Where the fire had miraculously stopped was feet away from the trail we shot at. We thought it was a perfect opportunity to show how Daisy and Eddy have preserved to make their long-distance relationship work so well, and how they help each other through the situations they face individually each day.

As we have gotten to know Eddy and Daisy, we found out how much they like to joke with each other. Also, we are obsessed with their dog named Kepler! Dallin is very much a space nerd, and Kepler is the name of a famous astrodynamicist that developed many theories used in space travel today.

Daisy and Eddy, thanks for letting us hang out with you two for your summer Utah mountain engagement session and Eddy, thanks for traveling so far! We are so excited for the both of you and what the future holds. We can’t wait to see you guys again and photograph your big day next year!
