Ashley & Rich
Ashley slowly walked up behind Rich as he stood, patiently waiting for his soon-to-be wife. Ashley took a deep breath, tapped Rich on the shoulder, and Rich turned around, smiling ear to ear, seeing Ashley in her wedding dress. Not long after, Ashley tried and failed, to keep back the tears as the two of them shared a moment with each other. Many times, our couples decide to do what is called a first look before their wedding ceremony. A first look provides an intimate time for the bride and groom to see each other before the wedding day in order to make it more special for the two of them. During this spring mountain wedding at Oak Hills Utah, Ashley and Rich decided to make this moment even more special by sharing their vows with each other, when only the two of them could hear.
After a first look, the couple prepares for the ceremony. As their ceremony began, Rich waited at the ceremony site for Ashley to walk down the aisle. After the wedding party made its entrance, it was finally time for Ashley. As she walked towards Rich, it was Rich’s turn to try, and fail, to hold back his tears.
Ashley and Rich’s shared their wedding day with the people that had a part in bringing them together. Their officiant, Lindsay, was their mutual friend who set them up originally. One day when Lindsay was celebrating Thanksgiving with Rich, she told Ashley that she better come over to the party quickly, because Ashley’s future husband was there. Lindsay was more of a fortune teller than any of them could have possibly imagined at that moment. As their wedding day continued, Ashley and Rich partied the night away, filled with music and dancing with friends, ending their spring mountain wedding at Oak Hills Utah with a sparkler exit.
