Fort Buenaventura Summer Engagement

Sometimes dating can be difficult. We’re not talking about getting someone to like you and be honest with you, but instead the actual going on a date and figuring out what to do. It can be pretty easy to find someone that you want to go on a date with, but then comes the difficult part… what do you do on the date?! This question, to some, may sound silly, but as we have met more and more couples and asked the question: “What do you like to do when you go on dates?” the answer is usually doing something very simple. For Katie and Branden, they love to go on walks. What a fantastic date! It’s free, can be short or long, and it can be at almost at time or place. When a couple gives an answer to this question like this, it tells us that it doesn’t matter what they are doing, but more so who they are with when they are doing it. During Katie and Branden’s Fort Buenaventura summer engagement session, it was easy to see how much they enjoyed just being together.

Katie and Branden met while attending their local church services. Katie moved to another congregation shortly after they met, but years later, Branden had the thought to call her and ask her on a date. Luckily, he listened to his thought, because the two hit it off and not long after decided to get married. The two of them love to go on walks, go to Broadway Musicals, and just spend time with each other.
