You know that feeling you get when you’re by Snowbasin enjoying the outdoors, and you go to your car and see a flat tire on the driver’s side?  That feeling when you realize the sun is going down and you have just a few minutes to get a little donut tire on your car?  Yep that feeling!  Well… we had that happen to us at the end of this session with the Thompsons.  Luckily, they hadn’t fully left yet, Dallin was able to flag them down, and get some light (literally, because… headlights) on the situation.

Also, luckily, Landon is a pro at changing tires that would give Old Man Parker on A Christmas Story a run for his money. With Landon’s help, that tire was changed in record time! We also found out during the experience that Landon has changed over 50 tires for people and usually carries around equipment to help speed up the process considerably.  We felt like this experience is the best way to describe Landon and Natalie.  They wouldn’t think twice to help someone on the side of the road… when so many others pass by. Their selflessness and kindness reach everyone they meet.

Karma must have been paying them back for all of the good things they’ve done, because this October evening was PERFECT for pictures!  The colors were vibrant, the weather was warm (..for October), and the pictures turned out beautiful.

You don’t get to completely see the fun behind the scenes during our sessions since we’re usually busy taking pictures, but if you could, you’d see Dallin rocking the Goldfish crackers and hanging out with the kids during part of the session so Jessie could get some photos of the Landon and Natalie.
