Thanksgiving Point Ashton Gardens Formal Session

If you ask any couple that has been together long enough, they will most likely agree that relationships take work. You can’t just coast through any relationship and expect it to work out for the both of you. You need to take the time and show the other person that you care for them. Amberlee and Liam are great examples of this. During their Thanksgiving Point Ashton Gardens formal session, Liam showed us the location where he surprised Amberlee by proposing to her. Before they were engaged, Amberlee was with a friend at Thanksgiving point, and noticed a lot of notes or signs hung up around the rose garden. Curious, she looked at one and found out that all of the notes were about her!

During Liam’s church mission he was challenged by his mission president to write five things every day that he liked about his mission companion. Instead of doing that, he decided that every day he would write five reasons why he loved Amberlee. Since a mission is two years long, you can guess that there were thousands of reasons why he loved Amberlee that he wrote down. When he proposed to her, he decided to post those reasons around the rose garden for her to see. Doesn’t this fit the definition of commitment in a relationship? We definitely think so! Also, what an adorable story it is!

Amberlee and Liam, we love you guys! Seriously, you were so amazing to meet in person and photograph. Your Thanksgiving Point and Ashton Gardens formal session will be one that we never forget! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you two, and really can’t wait to hang out with you both again sometime. We hope you love your formal photos as much as we do!
