Snowbasin Resort Snowy Engagement Session

As we drove towards the snowy peaks ahead of us, the landscape changed drastically. It was almost as if we had changed seasons in a manner of minutes. Any hints of spring had disappeared, and had returned to a bright, snowy, winter wonderland. Sam and Wyatt being from Las Vegas also were not really used to being surrounded by so much snow. Thankfully, it was one of the warmest days in Utah to date, but the snow still held on, leaving a perfect backdrop and surrounding for this Snowbasin Resort snowy engagement session.

Sam and Wyatt are total animal lovers. When we first met them through video chat months ago, we found out that these two LOVE animals. Sam had grown up with both parents being involved with various animals, and it had carried on to her and also Wyatt. Sam was going to school to be in the medical field. However, after thinking about it a little more and having the chance to chat with one of our past bride’s who is in vet school, she decided to more specifically study veterinary science. It’s such a perfect fit for her!  Wyatt is a police officer in Las Vegas. Since Wyatt’s middle name is Earp, and he loves the movie Tombstone – which, by the way, is now on our movie watch list – it’s so fitting for him to be an officer. 

Even though it almost seems like these two are quite opposite in some of their interests, it’s plain to see that they love to help those in need, whether it be people, or animals. From their first date, they both connected with each other and found that their family and moral values matched really well. We can’t wait to see what these two do with their future together! We know that they will be making a huge difference in this world!
